Archers B&B + Pets is situated on State Highway 1, five minutes north of Levin township and just south of the Waitarere Beach intersection. The property is the home of Alan and Linda Archer on approximately 2 acres surrounded by a variety of trees. Palmerston North is 45 minutes to the north and Wellington is just over an hour to the south. B&B:can accommodate seven people plus babies (portacoat, baby bath/changing table, high chair). One bedroom has twin beds (that can be pushed together to make one if required), the other bedroom has a king single plus a trundle. Both rooms open onto a large covered conservatory with pool - these rooms are $85 per night (the extra person rate does not apply for the main house, only to the Cottage). The separate Cottage with 1 bedroom plus bed settee in lounge, is a self-contained unit attached to the main house. It has its own entrance with everything you will need for your stay (all bedding and towels, soaps, shampoos, Free View TV-Sky in main house, small kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom has two single beds that could be made into bunks with trundler bed underneath if need to sleep 3 people. The charge for the Cottage is $115 per night for a couple, plus $30 for each additional person up to 5 people - special concession if staying longer.

Breakfast included in price is continental - cooked breakfast and other meals can be provided at extra cost.

RATES:

$85.00 per night twin share

$20.00 per night for Babies up to 12 months old using baby equipment provided (portacot, changing table, baby bath, high chair).

$10.00 per night for Babies if bringing own baby equipment.

Portacot can fit into both bedrooms.

Cottage $110.00 per night for a couple, $30 for each additional person, up to 5 people in total, when booking Cottage - with concession rates if staying longer.
